What you can expect:

We’ll start with a deep listening session to get more clarity and downloads about the
underlying themes of what you are bringing. Next, we’ll go into a more focused body resourcing and dialoguing session will help deepen into themes from your body narrative perspective and help you ground deeply in the here & now. These two sessions alone will give you new clarity about yourself and the themes that you are bringing as well as tools to help you resource and regulate your nervous system.

Depending on your theme and how resourced you feel, we may already start to work deeply in the first session. The Deep Dive session will be highly individual and customised depending on what you bring and on your needs. I intuitively draw on my entire background and resources to guide & support you.

The sessions are based on my holistic process based on an interwoven mix of different approaches and may include a constellation with inner parts or themes, working with ancestral themes, energy work, intuitive body wisdom work, subconscious belief work. I may receive downloads during the sessions.

In the integration and completion session, we’ll tie up any left overs, discuss your process and do a potent visioning practice and trance healing to help set and maintain the energy for your next new steps based on the inner shifts you have had, so that you can continue evolving with them your highest potential.
