What you can expect:
We’ll open the space and slow down to become truly present to you and what you are bringing, and set an intention for the session. As you share what you would like to explore or get support with, I drop into listening deeply with my intuitive ‘antennae’ , tuning into the energy field or ‘energetic landscape’ you are bringing.

You’ll receive my intuitive insights as well as helpful tools, approaches or information that comes up as we go along. I often receive downloads and visions about the bigger picture of your themes, or important new aspects, that will help guide the sharing process.

I’ll also guide you to connect with your body and listen to the deeper layers of your theme, underneath and beyond the words of what you are saying in different ways.

What resonates and comes up for you is what guides us: your subconscious and higher consciousness know the way - I help you find your way and start to see/uncover the hidden blocks.

Everything that comes up for you is welcome, and there are no expectations as to what you should be able to do, feel or find out. If you don’t want to go in certain direction, that is as wise as wanting to - we trust your innate intelligence and how it expresses: Often times deep wisdom unfolds even through feeling ‘nothing’ or not knowing - it is all a part of the guidance you are receiving and sharing.
