We all love when things are humming

That’s when we start working relentlessly towards the business, the healing, the diet, the "shoulds" of self-care, or getting that dream project perfectly running.

And then there’s pull…

The fog, inexplicable blocks and exhaustion take over.

Or you’re staring at the wall, numb-scrolling, comfort eating, or absorbed in busyness with other things

You’re not getting “stuff done”

It’s easy to feel you have to “fight” it and get back “on track”

You might call it a "procrastination problem" that you have to “beat”

And it can be really draining….

Taking a break helps for while…

But when you return, it’s only a matter of time before you start to ping-pong again between the two?
