Hi, I’m Julia
Trauma-informed intuitive guide and soulful embodiment coach with an extensive background that is rooted in both science and spirit.
I’m trained as a SSP Provider, and also have a background in medicine, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, somatic trauma therapy, sound healing, spiritual life coaching, family constellations, and more. This background gives me a unique understanding of the body, the nervous system, and the unseen layers that shape our experience.
I bring not only my training, but also my own journey of learning to listen deeply to my body and soul.
The SSP helped me create deep shifts in how safe, open, and connected I could feel in daily life, which is why I became certified and now offer it as a standalone coaching pathway — or as a woven thread within my offerings.
