Sacred Transitions: A Gentle Reflection on New Beginnings, Letting Go, and Trusting Your Inner Cycles

As we transition into the new calendar year and the start of a new moon cycle, we are invited to enter a beautiful, liminal space and contemplate on what is ready to be let go of in our lives and what wants to be invited in.
Growth takes time, with periods of expansion and contraction. Where are you on the cycle? What have you harvested? What intentional seeds want to be sown? Is something in your life calling for more presence, love & attention?
Life is so full of transitions and we often forget, except on occasions like this, and on special other events and solstices that we are always shifting and changing - and that we can also decide to do so at any time.
Join me in taking some time to open up to what is transitioning in your life and harvesting from that space in between the ending of one thing and beginning another, where perhaps nothing may seem to be happening. As you bring your attention to this transitional 'waiting' space, it will start to show you new shapes, light and shadows that help bring you closer to your dreams and connect with what truly wants to grow from within.
Take some time to journal or do practices that will help you be present to yourself, your body and the transition. They needn't take long. Simply keep checking in with yourself: What are you feeling and sensing? What signs or messages are you receiving?
You might notice a call for more endings and different beginnings as you start to explore, journal and download - it may feel uncomfortable or more joyful & lighter, that is simply the nature and the power of conscious transitioning. Simply explore what you are being shown. How does it fit into your life?
You are a part of the earth, nature and the cosmos – trust your own presence & transitioning process. Let yourself be like the pupa of the butterfly in a cocoon, a tree in winter, a seed in the desert, or still motionless landscapes covered by deep snow, and simply receive more insights & guidance through the power of being open and present to yourself, to spirit and our greater home of all that is. You may want to take a pause and let what you have received "incubate" and come back to it again a few weeks later.
