🎶 What is the SSP?

The Safe and Sound Protocol is a structured music-listening program designed to help the nervous system recalibrate for inner safety. I offer it as a guided pathway within my 1:1 work — either as an integrated part of your coaching journey from the start, or as a deepening later on.

When combined with coaching support, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) can become a powerful pathway, gently guiding you out of inner stress, tension, procrastination, deeply rooted limiting beliefs, over-functioning, and other forms of chronic survival mode.

As your system settles, you begin to feel more calm, grounded, and self-connected — allowing your soul to lead again, instead of the old protective patterns.

How I offer the SSP

The SSP is an optional deepening pathway within my core monthly 1:1 container. Here, we combine monthly intuitive coaching with an SSP Access & Support Package that includes tailored listening plus a self-paced SSP virtual coaching and resource library to support your SSP journey.
There is a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure you have everything you need to prepare, listen and integrate the SSP safely and effectively on your inner journey.
