Today, I had a beautiful and moving experience. As I turned on my computer, an incredible image popped up. I gasped in wonder at this powerful unwavering presence emanating from my screen: an astrological image of a nebula in the shape of a heart (see below). I went still, taking it in, and after a while, I wondered how it could be that I had never heard of it before...

It's located in a constellation called Cassiopeia. Cassiopeia is a name I particularly associate with the wise tortoise from a children’s (and adult’s!) story called Momo by a German author called Michael Ende. The story has accompanied me since childhood, and the constellation was often visible in the East African night sky under which I grew up. I used to take pride in myself for recognising Cassiopeia’s W-like shape in the velvety dark blue night sky.

During my childhood and adolescence, I often spent the school holidays by the Indian Ocean and in the evenings, I would often go and sit on the white sandy beach by the water to gaze at the stars. They were so close that I felt I could touch them. The warm Kaskazi wind would gently caress my skin and the distant echo of the ocean waves crashing on a reef far out near the horizon was my steady companion. And I would sit for what felt like hours immersing under the vast panorama of stars of the milky way with the living breathing ocean. What an idyllic vision of peace — and it was like connecting home. What a privilege to have had that in my life. I am so grateful.

As I remembered these moments, I found myself thinking about how we all carry places — real or inner — where our hearts once felt open, connected, or held. Even if life was complicated, or became more complicated later, those early pockets of beauty stay inside us. Like me, you too might have a place like that too, a memory or sensation your heart still recognises, even if you rarely remember it or speak about it.

And yet my sensitive child heart at the time was wounded and aching – alone in the feeling of not truly being seen or heard for who I was and for what I was going through. I was longing to belong and feel connected to other hearts, and be part of a heart-based truly free community. I suppose this wounding and inner yearning is one of the many reasons why my life's journey took me on many winding turns to end up being and doing what I do today: help others come home to themselves, embrace their gentle hearts, and re-connect to the wisdom and knowing inside, be free to be who you truly are and enjoy life being you.

This week, I have had so many encounters with messages of love: In a workshop last weekend, I did a shamanic journey and was so moved and surprised to end up in vivid images of the Australian outback and be re-united with the indigenous people I know have always been my heart, from centuries ago – I was gifted a beautiful heart of stars. This morning I woke up with the deep feeling and almost tangible image of the universal energy of love which is present everywhere and in everything. I looked forward to the afternoon, for which I had a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony planned for a dear friend's birthday. As I was tuning into my morning, settling down to do some work on my computer, this beautiful heart nebula greeted me — and it inspired me to share with you.

Perhaps you’ve also had periods where certain symbols, encounters, or synchronicities gather around you — almost like life is whispering in your direction. Sometimes these moments arrive quietly, sometimes in waves, and often they mirror something our own heart is ready to remember or feel.

So join me today in consciously connecting to the frequency of love.
Let’s open up our own heart energy more and more. We all need this energy and we need to share it, let it pour through us and transmit out into everywhere. Let’s know and trust that by connecting to heart energy and the frequency of love, we amplify it and that it will exponentially spread, despite everything else going on in our lives and in the world which is contrary.

⟡ How can you amp up love guidance in your life?
⟡ Where is love showing up for you in unexpected places?
⟡ What about self-love — can you really feel it, and how can you shift into it even more?
⟡ Ask for signs and messages from the frequency of love. Receive them, trust them and let them radiate out through you into the world.
