Let this practice inspire you to immerse more in your field of energetic support, for this journey and in your life from now onward. Make it yours - you can adapt it and add to it in any way you like.

2. Closing Stress Cycles
An invitation for your body to release
When we talk about stress, it helps to differentiate between what causes stress — and what stress does chemically inside the body.
Sometimes we can’t change the external triggers right away. Or they’re subtle and running in the background, like old belief patterns or quiet inner tensions that are hard to pin down. But even if we can’t always name or shift the cause — we can support the body in releasing what it’s holding.
Especially for sensitive people, it can be soothing to have small daily rituals that help the body recalibrate and find its rhythm again. Watch this short video to learn more and you can download a printable copy of closing stress cycles below the video
3. Scales of Safety
A Nervous System Support Practice Inspired by Deb Dana
Safety is a deeply embodied experience.
We’ve been exploring this together in many different ways — through sensory awareness, regulation practices, and also simply by connecting in presence and allowing ourselves to just be. Moment by moment, this sends cues of safety to your nervous system.
It’s important to remember: because safety is embodied, it’s the body that brings the information of safety to the brain — not the other way around. The body registers the cues first. The mind might then put words or thoughts to the experience and makes sense of it, but before that happens, the nervous system already knows.
Deb Dana, renowned psychotherapist and co-founder of the Polyvagal Institute, offers a helpful image and beautiful practice to support your nervous system called the Scales of Safety. Watch the video below to learn more.

Combined Channeling & Journaling Practice
— Downloadable guide
Channeling is a birthright we can all access — a gentle opening to the whispers, images, and insights that flow from beyond the thinking mind.
This practice has evolved deeply in my own work and informs everything I offer and do — a quietly sacred way of listening that I’m sharing with you to explore in your own way. Use it as a companion for your journaling, or as a doorway into a deeper conversation with the unseen.
If you’d like to explore channeling further, I recommend The Science of Channeling by Helané Wahbeh.

Understanding Feeling Memory
— Video presentation from the Your Inner Magic course, approx. 17 minutes
Emotional memory — the way our bodies store and recall feeling-states — is a key theme in all of my coaching work. In this video from my Your Inner Magic course, I explain how feeling memory works, how to recognise when you’re caught in an old emotional state, and practical ways to step out of it and into the present.
This is an earlier recording with a few glitches and less-polished slides, but the information is deeply relevant and worth exploring now. In Phase Three of this resource library, there will be a whole section devoted to this theme.

The Power of Surrendering
— Video, approx. 5 mins
In this short, unscripted video, I explore the quiet strength and magic that comes from surrender — stepping back and allowing the deeper currents within us to move and work in ways we might not fully understand.
This recording has a few visual glitches and is from an earlier phase of my work, but the heart of the message remains as relevant as ever. In a future phase, this theme will be re-woven and shared in a new form. For now, you can use it as a reminder of the profound shifts that can come when we soften our grip and allow.

Intuitive Movement & Body-to-Body Dialoguing
— Two-section video from the Your Inner Magic course
This two-part video invites you into intuitive movement and body-to-body dialoguing — sometimes what I call “body dreaming.” It’s a beautiful way to reconnect with the learning and awareness that’s been unfolding for you through our sessions and your nervous system work.
That’s why I’ve included these here: to give you a chance to revisit and deepen the threads we’ve been exploring. I hope you enjoy them, and there will be more journeys for you to dive into as we progress with the listening and in the upcoming phases.
Intuitive Movement Intro
— Video, approx. 12 minutes
The first video introduces intuitive movement — what it means, and how it can open space for you to access your body’s wisdom and sacred space in a whole new way. Please take the time to watch this and follow along before moving into the second video, which guides you deeper into an embodiment journey.
If you’ve been in sessions with me, these explanations & journeys will feel familiar — yet here they are offered from another lens, giving you a chance to deepen your learning and reflect on how you might create your own practices. As we continue on this journey, now layering in all the theory we’ve explored, this is a way to bring it alive through your own body.

2. Body-to-Body Dialoguing Practice
— Video explanation & guided journey, approx. 16 minutes
Body-to-body dialoguing is something we explore in many of our sessions, in one form or another. It’s a way of entering into conversation with different parts of your body — listening, responding, and allowing the dialogue to guide you toward insight, release, or a deeper sense of presence.
There are countless ways to approach this, and in this video I share one simple process from the course Your Inner Magic, along with guidance to help you start journeying for yourself.
