BEING Space
You might recognize yourself here…
A Monthly Gathering to Step Out of Productivity and Dedicate Time to What Nourishes You
There is very little space in modern life where we are invited to simply be.
Being Space is a gentle monthly gathering where we intentionally step away from everyday tasks, responsibilities, and productivity pressure — and dedicate time to rest, creativity, or whatever genuinely nourishes us in the moment.
This is a shared, quiet space where you can give yourself permission to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and spend time on activities that often get pushed aside in daily life.
You Might Recognize Yourself Here
You are a busy human being with many responsibilities and moving parts in your life.
You value rest, creativity, and self-care — and you may already be quite intentional about including them in your life.
And still…
There are nourishing or creative things you keep meaning to do that somehow fall through the cracks.
Not because they don’t matter to you, but because they rarely feel urgent enough to compete with everyday life.
You might notice:
• Creative ideas you want to explore but never quite make time for
• Self-nourishing practices that keep moving to the bottom of your list
• A longing for slower, quieter time that feels supported rather than solitary
• The sense that it is easier to give yourself permission when others are doing the same
Being Space was created for exactly this.
What Being Space Is
Being Space is a lightly held shared presence space.
It is not structured around productivity or outcomes. Instead, it offers gentle community accountability and a container where you can dedicate time to what feels restorative, calming, or creatively alive for you.
You are welcome to participate quietly, with your camera on or off, and follow your own rhythm throughout the gathering.
Come exactly as you are.
How the Session Works
Each gathering includes:
• A short grounding meditation to help you arrive and settle
• Optional intention setting
• Open shared time for resting, creating, or simply being
• An optional quiet breakout room if you would like gentle connection with others
• A soft closing reflection where sharing is always optional
You are free to move between quiet presence, connection, or stepping away whenever you need.
What This Space Is Not
Being Space is not coaching, teaching, or facilitated personal process work.
It is a simple, shared container for presence, nourishment, and creative or restorative time.
