What this session is

In this attuned 1:1 session, we step out of analysis and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.

We follow sensation, subtle movement, nervous system cues, and embodied creative flow (like doodling and neurogenic drawing) to explore your theme organically.

Insights emerge—not from analysis, but from listening deeply to what lives in you.

Listening to the body can include:

⟡ Tracking physical sensations
⟡ Noticing and following impulses toward movement or stillness
⟡ Following nervous system responses and associations
⟡ Supporting your body in new ways
⟡ Grounding into a deeply regulated, supported state of presence
⟡ Using creative processes such as drawing or neurogenic art to ‘channel’ your body wisdom
⟡ Connecting with specific body areas and exploring how they relate to your theme

Each session is guided intuitively and tailored to what emerges in the moment.
